La Brasserie is a seafood buffet restaurant located in the Nikko Hotel Saigon, and is one of the most recommended places in the city for seafood lovers. Their buffet is well known for its lobster, oysters, sashimi, shrimp, crab and more. During dinner you will be accompanied by live music which gives the place that a touch of sophistication. Forget images of pushly lines of diners all clambering for the freshest plates of food; the atmosphere at La Brasserie is classy and has a homely feel to it thanks to its interior and hospitality.

It is located roughly fifteen minutes outside the city centre but definitely worth a visit. The dinner buffet can be enjoyed for VND 1.500.000 (US$60) which includes a free flow of beer, wine and soft drinks. At La Brasserie Saigon, dinner is served from 18:00 till 22:30 and it is advised to make a reservation to secure your spot. Do not miss out on their famous garlic butter tiger prawns and tamarind lobster.   If you more into visiting for breakfast or lunch then you are able to come around between 06:00-10:30 or 11:30-14:30. Upon entering the lobby you have to take the elevator to the second floor to get to the restaurant. Attached to the hotel is a shopping mall where you can look around before or after eating.
